Please allow 1-5 business days (not including weekends) for your order to be processed and shipped. This business is a one-woman show, and I get your orders out as quickly as I can! If you need your order by a specific date (or sooner than the current processing time) please let me know and I will do my best to get it to you sooner.
Your order is mailed via Royal Mail and will arrive based on the shipping rate you purchased. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Once I post your order, it is 'out of my hands' and I cannot control how or when it arrives. If your order takes an excessive time to arrive, please reach out to us and we can work to solve the issue together. If your order is lost in the mail, please reach out to Royal Mail as they will have more control over the situation than I do.
If you happen to place multiple orders within the span of a few days, and I haven't already shipped them, please email me and I can combine the orders into one package, as well as refund the excess shipping charges.
All orders placed domestically (UK), will receive free shipping with any purchase of £50 or more. We also ship worldwide!
